We specialise in helping businesses and individuals obtain high-quality patents, trade marks and registered designs. Our clients range from multi-national corporations to individuals and small businesses.

 

The Role

 

We are looking for a registered patent attorney, or a trainee patent attorney to join our growing team. Applications from patent attorneys registered in other jurisdictions are also invited.

The role will primarily include drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Australia and internationally, but will also include related work, such as advisory and opinion work, oppositions, and searching.

Business development and marketing, including overseas, is encouraged.

The roll is full-time, but a part time role would be considered for the right candidate. Salary commensurate with experience

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem solving abilities, and an eye for detail. Industry experience is highly regarded.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement between home and our CBD office.
