Jack is a registered Australian and New Zealand patent attorney and works as part of our team of registered Australian Trade Mark Attorney Brisbane wide.
He maintains a broad practice in all aspects of IP law, including patents, trade marks and design registration Australia wide. As a Patent Attorney Brisbane wide, Jack is experienced in drafting, prosecuting and opinion matters in relation to biochemical, medical devices and mechanical inventions.
Before becoming an attorney, Jack completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Queensland majoring in Molecular Biology, a joint PhD from the EMBL-Hamburg and the University of Dundee in X-ray crystallography and a Masters of Industrial Property from the University of Technology, Sydney.
His specialties lie in drafting, filing as well as prosecuting patent applications, and managing patent portfolios for his clients both in Australia and internationally.
He prides himself on forming solid, long-lasting relationships with clients and offering straight-up, pragmatic and strategic IP advice.
